Shipping policy

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your package to arrive within 2 - 5 days from the shipping date.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Maxen Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Maxen Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
