Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives wrong, we make it right

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@maxenhealth.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it — no window restrictions apply to damaged or incorrect orders.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Outside of these exceptions, our standard guarantee applies to all eligible purchases made at maxenhealth.com.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your approved refund and you haven't received it, contact us at returns@maxenhealth.com and we'll investigate immediately.
