No difference in the number of times I wake up at night,l (about every 1.5-2 hours), but getting to sleep in the first place seems to maybe take less time. At any rate, I do feel somewhat more relaxed than usual when retiring.
These would likely be more effective if the dosage of most ingredients were increased. I researched each ingredient, and with the exception of L-Theanine, the dosages are all far lower than what is considered therapeutic. Hops 10:1 should be in the range of 500-1000 mg, but Ovrnite only includes 150mg. Apegenin should be at least 150mg, but it's 50. Valerian should be at least 400 mg, but it's 75. GABA should be 1,000 and it's 250.
I'm going to experiment with taking higher doses of each individual ingredient separately to see if that helps more. Maybe I'll find that I don't need all the ingredients, but trying an actual therapeutic dose of each, instead of 1/4 or 1/5 of a dose seems like the proper way to go.
