Thank you
That's the one I needed to hear.
It didn't do anything for you. I'm not going to argue with that, and I'm not going to send you a follow up explaining why you were holding it wrong.
You paid real money on the strength of what we told you, and it didn't land. That's the answer that carries the most weight with me, and it's one I rarely get, because most people just leave without saying anything.
Noted, and thank you.
You're stopping for now, not for good. From where I sit that looks exactly the same as someone who's done forever, which is why I'd never have worked it out on my own.
I'm not going to chase you. Nothing here expires and there's no clock running.
Completely fair.
Cost. Nothing to explain and nothing to apologize for. A monthly charge is an easy one to cut when things get tight, and plenty of months that's the right call.
And if something bigger than a subscription happened this year, reply and tell me. It comes to me, not to a help desk.
That's more useful than it sounds.
You never really took it consistently. I can't tell you what would have happened if you had, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
What I can say is that it only does anything on the nights you take it, and if we didn't make that plain enough to be easy, that's our explaining that failed, not your discipline.
That's the piece I'm working on now.
Then I'd really like to know.
Something else. This is the one I can't guess at, and the dropdown on the cancel page couldn't either.
Tell me in a sentence. Even a few words are worth more than the whole dropdown.
If you want to say more than one word about it, just reply to the email. It comes to me, not to a help desk.
